The weather has been described as an impact day with low visibility, isolated showers, and some isolated FREEZING RAIN and RAIN SHOWERS. Schools were delayed due to severe weather conditions, including severe weather warnings for the morning commute and evening commute. The milder temperatures are expected to continue throughout the week, with temperatures reaching 32 degrees in some areas, including Pittsburgh, where temperatures are warmer than usual. Despite this, there are still some light showers throughout the day, with some expected to remain in place until 10 A.M. Forecasters predict that the weather will continue to deteriorate further down the week.
