Aer Lingus: Some flights cut from summer schedule

A number of Aer Lingus flights have been cancelled due to "mandatory maintenance" on their aircraft. The flights from Dublin to European airports include Amsterdam, Athens, Berlin, Faro and Zurich. The disruption could be attributed to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a key route for jet fuel out of the Gulf, which has been effectively shut down by Iran.
