The family-owned Inn at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester has reopened after a two-year rebuild, bringing new amenities to a property with more than a century of history. The 18-room boutique inn, where every guest room offers a view of the water, is located just steps from one of the North Shore's most popular beaches. The building is new but its story stretches back more than 100 years. The inn's co-owner, John Paul Martignetti, plans to continue fostering this connection for generations. The main attraction is Suite 10, designed for larger groups, which sleeps up to eight guests and includes a full kitchen, bunk room, washer and dryer, a 900-square-foot deck, fire pit and outdoor cooking area. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring Gloucester and staff can arrange beach chairs, cabanas and cooler service.
