Police have arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting near the VA Hospital in central Fresno, California. The victim was found with a gunshot wound to his lower body and taken to hospital. After extensive search, police are still searching for the second suspect. The suspect had no connection to the hospital and was not affiliated with the hospital.
