Cathy Harper Lee, former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton, founded the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center in 2000 with no funding. Harper's passion for justice came from her own experiences as a child whose needs were ignored by the criminal justice system for over a decade. Her vision is to build a more fair and equitable process for crime victims/survivors.
