Amazon is reportedly in talks to acquire Globalstar, a satellite telecommunications company, for a reported $9 billion. This move would significantly accelerate Amazon's low Earth orbit ambitions. Globalstar shares surged 12.36% in premarket trading after the news broke. No deal has been finalized, but discussions could change or collapse.
