Morbid Metal, a new third-person action roguelike game by Ubisoft, is set to launch in early access on Steam on April 8. The game is being developed by former solo developer Felix Schade and development studio Screen Juice, which was founded in 2022 to expand the game's reach. Morbid Metal's realistic 3D art style and sharp sci-fi visuals make it standout in a genre dominated by other games like Returnal. It will offer ten hours of gameplay, with players able to explore two biomes, ten enemy types, and two bosses.
