Teenage boy held at Feltham Young Offenders' Institute dies

A teenage boy being held at HMP Feltham A in west London has died, according to the Youth Custody Service. The London Ambulance Service was called to the scene to report an "unwell child". The boy was taken to hospital where he died. The Prisons and Probation Ombudsman will investigate the death.
