ICE agent faces assault charges for threatening drivers with gun

Hennepin County prosecutors have charged an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, Gregory Donnell Morgan, Jr., with two counts of felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. The charges were made in February during Operation Metro Surge. Ramsey County is also launching a $320 million development plan aimed at expanding the tax base and reducing the property tax burden on county residents.
