Boelter hearing: Minnesota lawmaker assassination case back in court as prosecutors weigh death penalty decision

Vance Boelter, accused of murdering Minnesota lawmakers and shooting another, is set to return to court to discuss his death penalty case. The decision on the death penalty could take months after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi was replaced by Todd Blanche. The hearing could also shed light on whether low staffing at the US Attorney's Office in Minnesota is affecting the case.
