An 18-year-old driver is facing multiple charges following a road rage shooting on I-10 in Phoenix. The shooting occurred at around 5 a.m. on Thursday. The suspect, Eder Torres, allegedly opened fire on the victim's vehicle and then robbed it. The firearm used in the incident was recovered in nearby landscaping.
