Yuichi Kiuchi, a 61-year-old self-proclaimed unemployed resident of Yachimata City, has been arrested for attempted murder after allegedly breaking into a home and stabbing his neighbor in the neck with a screwdriver. The victim, who sustained minor injuries, was transported to a hospital and could have been fatal if the screwdriver landed differently. During questioning, Kiuchi denied the allegations and remained silent. This incident is believed to be part of an ongoing neighborhood dispute.
