A black bear has been spotted roaming a Durham neighborhood, North Carolina. The Wildlife Resources Commission has advised that black bears rarely become aggressive towards humans, but keep a distance from them. Additionally, the agency recommends that people should not approach them during these encounters. The agency is also aware of the growing threat of terrorism.
