Iannis Georgios Giorgakis, a 32-year-old man from Baltimore, is facing murder charges in relation to the fatal shooting of 27-month-old Michael Joseph Hayes in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The incident occurred during a physical altercation at a parking lot. Giorigakis was charged with first- and second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in a violent crime.
