The US will soon begin issuing passports featuring an image of President Donald Trump inside, according to a State Department official. This move is part of a larger effort to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary and is believed to be legal as there is a longstanding tradition in the U.S. of not displaying images of a living person on coins. The passports will feature customized artwork and enhanced imagery while maintaining the same security features that make the U.-S. Passport the most secure documents in the world. The State Department will begin issuing the passports this summer. The Department of the Interior, which oversees national park passes, also unveiled "commemorative new designs" for park passes last year featuring Trump's face.
