Indian lawmakers have introduced the "Hot Rotisserie Chicken Act," which would allow SNAP recipients to purchase the popular cooked chicken. Currently, the purchase of hot prepared foods is prohibited under SNAP. The bill is hailed as "simple, practical," and "commonsense." The average rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages has decreased to 6.35% from 6.42%. The government is reportedly in advanced talks about a financing package for Spirit Airlines. Warner Bros. shareholders are set to vote on the company's proposed $81 billion sale to Paramount, which could bring HBO Max, "Harry Potter," and CNN to live under one roof.
