A deputy for the Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department in Mississippi has been fired following a physical altercation with an umpire at a teen baseball game. The altercation occurred during a verbal argument that escalated into a physical brawl. Both the deputy and umpire have been charged with misdemeanor fighting. The tournament director, Mike Narmour, stated that all involved will be banned from future tournaments.
