John Travolta’s Directorial Debut To Play At The Cannes Film Festival; Under-The-Radar Film Is Backed By Apple

John Travolta's directorial debut, Propeller One-Way Night Coach, will have its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May before launching on Apple TV in May 2026. The film is inspired by the 1997 kids book, written by Tavolta himself, and features a nostalgic journey through aviation. The cast includes his daughter, Ella Bleu Travotta, and newcomer Clark Shotwell. It will be featured in the festival’s Premiere Selection in the Debussy Theater at the Palais des Festivals.
