Man Accused Of Setting Fatal Loudoun County Fire Facing New Charges

Jacob Bogatin, a 78-year-old man from Sterling, is facing new federal charges related to intentionally setting a house fire that killed a 36-year old woman. He was arrested in October and charged with felony murder and burning or destroying an occupied building. New documents reveal that Bogatin also faces four counts of theft of government money from false applications for a government program that provides emergency loans for struggling businesses.
