Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif. and Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) have resigned from Congress following allegations of sexual misconduct. Both men had faced the threat of being expelled for their roles in the country. The resignation took place at 2pm ET on Tuesday, while Gonzales' at 11pm on the same day.
