‘Tokyo Toe,’ former Fernando Mendoza teammates, highlight Raiders’ early UDFA class

The Las Vegas Raiders have added a kicker from Hawaii and two of Fernando Mendoza's former Indiana teammates as part of their undrafted free agent class. Kansei Matsuzawa, who broke records at Hawaii and was a finalist for the Lou Groza Award, was inspired to learn how to kick a football by watching a 2018 Raiders game at Oakland Coliseum. He was one of several players to agree to sign with the Raiders as undrafted free agents following the NFL draft. The Raiders also added Indiana running back Roman Hemby and wide receiver E.J. Williams.
