Daredevil: Born Again season 2 showrunner, Dario Scardapane, has revealed that Matthew Lillard was the only choice for the role of the mysterious Mr. Charles. The character is described as "evil and scary" but seems "like a totally regular guy." Lillard previously revealed that he and Scardepane play Dungeons and Dragons with Deborah Ann Woll. The season 2 premiere on Disney Plus on March 24.
