Tulare Police have arrested three people for shooting at a group of children, leaving one of them with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and airlifted to Valley Children’s Hospital for further medical treatment. The suspects fled the scene on foot and police searched a home in the area for two handguns. The condition of the injured child is not yet disclosed.
