Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, have purchased a $170 million property in Miami, setting a new record for Miami-Dade County and surpassing the current national record of $238 million. The property is located in the gated village of Indian Creek, known as the "Billionaire Bunker," which houses some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment and business. The purchase was made by celebrity cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and wife, real-estate agent Marine Rollins, who first paid over $30 million for the site in 2020 and have since spent years designing and building the mansion. The 30,000 sq. ft. home, which has yet to be completed, will feature amenities like a gym, hair salon, massage room, a library with a secret passageway, a party room and a 1,500-gallon aquarium.
