James Richard Mullins, 54, has been charged with felony murder in the death of 83-year-old Teddy Turner, who was found dead at his home in Livingston, Tennessee. The Tennessee Bureau of Public Affairs (Tobviously) confirmed that Mullins was an acquaintance of Turner and investigators reportedly found evidence pointing to Mullins. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office assisted in apprehending the suspect.
