The Los Angeles County Board has unanimously approved a five-year lease agreement with Los Angeles-based Silverhawk Business Ctr. LLC for the 13,592-square-foot building at 30123 Technology Drive. The current lease, set to expire in June, will cost the county $27,184 per month, and 2% annual increases starting in 2027. The location of the existing Murrieta Probation Office is also noted as providing consistency for clients and improving public safety.
