The world's busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, has opened a new high-tech parking deck with 7,000 spaces and an enclosed skyway to the terminal. The new garage features license plate readers for ticketless entry and exit, smart-parking technology, and 100 electric vehicle charging stations. The $440 million investment was partially funded by a 30% parking rate increase a year ago. The parking deck officially opens to the public at 3 a.m.
