Barnegat Light mini golf course lists for $5.7M—and could become 7 homes

A popular Long Beach Island mini-golf course, known as Jen’s Links at Lighthouse Cove, is up for sale for $5.7 million. The 1.18-acre bayfront parcel is currently used as a 36-hole mini golf course near the marina and features three 25-foot waterfalls. Potential buyers can continue operating the course or develop up to seven single-family lots on the property.
