Bruce Willis' 90-year-old mother, Marlene Willis, has been praised as an "icon" for her 22-year volunteer with the Los Angeles Police Department. She is known as "Mrs. Willis" to those working at the West Los Angeles station and spends her days checking grammar and adding notes to police reports. Marlene, who also finds close friendships within the LAPD, is given the LAPD volunteer of the year award and another unique honor. Former LAPD Chief Michel Moore presented Marlene with the award.
