Design Company Expands To NJ With Inclusive Hiring Push

New York-based design company, Spectrum Designs, is set to expand into New Jersey in May with six positions and plans to double them within a year. The company, which produces customized apparel and promotional products, employs about 70 percent of its workforce members on the autism spectrum or identify as neurodivergent. The expansion aims to build both business capacity and opportunity with six new roles launching in May. The move to New Jersey came in part from public demand, driven by social media posts that drew millions of views.
