The potential for rain is finally arriving in the Carolinas, after weeks of drought across the region. Potential for rain and possibly even storms is expected on Wednesday, with another potential opportunity for rain this weekend. Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-70s, which are around normal levels for late April, but temperatures will remain below the average for the day. An additional First Alert is in place for Saturday, with temperatures expected to only reach the low 60s.
