‘Joy for All’ event offers free art activities in Norfolk this Saturday

A free art event, "Joy for All," is set to take place at the Colley Community Center in Norfolk from 11 a.m. on March 28, 2026. The event is a place for children of all ages to create art and share their experiences with the public. Participants will be able to create mosaic and self portrait arts, play dress up at a costume station, and enjoy live music and food from local chefs. The organizers are asking for donations to support the event.
