Noah Jacobus, a 25-year-old soldier from California, died in a motorcycle crash on April 15. His new fiancée, Molly Wiseman, revealed that he had proposed to her just hours before the accident. The California Highway Patrol is investigating whether another vehicle may have been involved in the crash. The pair were set to announce their engagement over dinner. Jacobus had been working as a fire support specialist with the Army and National Guard since 2019.
