Gas prices are rising, but don't count on significantly lower car insurance premiums as a result

As the Middle East war escalates, fuel costs have risen by 37% and the national average for gas is around $4 per gallon. Insurify reports that if Americans reduce their driving by 10% annually, their average annual insurance premium would likely drop to $2,209. However, this savings are negligible compared to the soaring cost of gasoline. Insurers are seeing the benefits of consumer driving less and fewer accidents reduced by the rising cost of auto parts.
