Andrew Braund, a teaching assistant in Dorset, England, has discovered rare Pokémon cards in his attic and is now helping to fund his wedding with fiancée Rachel Moseley. The rare cards were discovered during a routine routine of cleaning out his childhood home when he found them. After bringing them to a trading card store, Braund discovered they were worth significantly more than he initially thought. He had a rare Skyridge Charizard Holo Pokémon card, which is expected to sell for between £8,000 ($10,770) and £12,000. Braund also has a near-mint copy of the same card, estimated at £10,000-$13,462. His collection is being sold by Ewbank's Auctions, along with Braund's cards, a "factory-sealed display" of the first preconstructed theme decks released in 1999.
