The NHL is investing in Germany as part of its European strategy, with two games scheduled for next season in Dusseldorf, Germany. This will be the first time the Hawks have played in Germany and the second and third regular-season games in the country. The league also plans to play games in Germany in 2027-28 and 2028-29.
