Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, known as "Mike and Pam," have had a successful and successful careers in Hollywood. They met in the 1990s as producers and execs and later became friends, remained in touch and eventually teamed up to run MGM. They have since 2020 as co-chairs and co-CEOs of Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, which includes Warner Bros Pictures, New Line Cinema, and Warner Bros Bros. Pictures Animation. In 2025, they had nine top domestic box office spots and seven consecutive weeks grossed more than $40 million, a record. Their films, including A Minecraft Movie, Sinners, Superman, Weapons and One Battle After Another, earned 30 Oscar nominations, tying the studio’s all-time record.
