A fire at a three-story building in Queens has been ruled as a homicide by the Office of Chief Medical Examiner. The fire, which killed four people, occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 16 at the building on College Point Boulevard. The building had been cited for illegal gambling and had a history of complaints for illegal conversions dating back to 1998. The second and third floors of the building have been evacuated. No arrests have been made so far.
