Police in Japan have arrested a Pakistani national for attempting to smuggle the engines of 15 stolen luxury vehicles to the United Arab Emirates. The 42-year-old company executive and yard manager, Izatollah, is facing charges related to the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes. The illicit cargo, valued at approximately 11.7 million yen, included engines from high-end Toyota and Lexus models. Most of the vehicles were stolen from the southern and western areas of Ibaraki Prefecture and Tochigi Prefecture. Police are investigating the suspect's potential links to an organized car theft ring and further related crimes.
