Wildcats' season ends with Final Four loss to Michigan

UofA men's basketball team lost to Michigan in the Final Four, with the Wolverines winning 91-73 to advance to the national championship game. Despite the loss, UofA's best season in a quarter century and a promising future for the team, with freshman stars Brayden Burries and Koa Peat likely to leave, and seniors Jaden Bradley, Tobe Awaka and Anthony Dell'Orso likely to return. Head coach Tommy Lloyd, who was reportedly a top candidate to take over the North Carolina Tar Heels, announced Friday that he will stay at UofAA and will receive an average annual salary of $7.5 million, making him one of the five highest-paid coaches in college basketball.
