A disgruntled Utah citizen and registered Republican, Patricia Mead, has criticized state Rep. Robert Lee, the chief sponsor of bill HB88, which restricts illegal migrants from receiving public services. The bill has been met with resistance from other Utah House Republicans, including other members of the Republican Party. Mead sent Lee an email stating that she was taken aback by his threatening reply, which read: "Do to others as you would have them do to you."
