British prosecutors have lost their appeal to reinstate a terrorism charge against a member of Kneecap, Liam O'Hanna, for displaying a flag of Iran-backed Hezbollah at a London gig. The charge was overturned in September after a court found it had been brought without permission and was one day outside the six-month statutory limit.
