Hundreds of small businesses and major corporations alike have rushed to court to reclaim the unlawfully collected funds. The Trump administration is yet to provide a clear direction for next steps. Liberty Justice Center representing VOS Selections, which sued alongside the original plaintiffs, has emphasized its focus on ensuring a uniform, court-supervised refund process across the board. FedEx, the global shipping company, sued the Trump administration for a "full refund" on the import taxes it paid since the emergency tariffs went into place.
