$105M for Starface pimple patches, humanoid robot maker eyes €1B and Rallybio's reverse merger

German humanoid robot maker Neura Robotics is raising around €1b from backers like Tether. New York-based Starface, a pimple patch maker, raised $105m in a minority funding round led by Astō Consumer Partners and Align Ventures. Norwegian-based Unleash raised a $35m Series B led by One Peak. Australian developer PlasmaLeap Technologies raised US$20m in Series A funding led by the Gates Foundation, Investible and Yara Growth Ventures. HawkEye 360 added $23m to its Series E from Ghisallo Capital Management, Principia Growth, Sixty Degree Capital and Strategic Development Fund. Houston home power services provider Otovo raised USD $16.6m from existing investors. French developer Amatera raised €6m in seed funding. UK-based crop-protection developer Bindbridge raised $3.8m from Nucleus Capital and Speedinvest. Blackstone completed its $4b buyout of MacLean Power Systems from Centerbridge Partners and merged it with Power Grid Components.
