Florida teams with forensic company to find new leads in unsolved murder cases

The Office of Statewide Prosecution is partnering with Texas-based Othram, a forensic technology company specializing in human identification, to find new leads in some of Florida's approximately 21,000 unsolved murder cases. The state is using grants from the Attorney General's office to fund the program. The announcement was made at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement regional operations center.
