Onneka Ryan, a 29-year-old employee at a Sunshine Residential Group Home in Glendale, Arizona, has been arrested on charges of sexual conduct with a minor, luring a minor for sexual exploitation, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The boy, who was 15, alleges that Ryan sexually assaulted him at her apartment in 2025 and instructed him to leave the group home without arousing attention. He also alleges that she took him and other child residents to a park where they smoked marijuana and drank alcohol. After her arrest, Ryan stated that her duties at the home included caring for children, driving them with supervisor approval, and handling discipline and documentation.
