B Beverly Hills-based Post Investment Group has purchased another affordable apartment complex in San Jose, a 130-unit Cherry Creek apartment complex at 2020 Southwest Expressway for just under $34.2 million. This is part of a larger investment in South Bay residential hubs despite uncertainties in the region's housing sector. The second purchase was made through an affiliate, paying $41 million for a 152-unit apartment complex on 1930 Almaden Rd. Both properties are geared towards low-income residents and participating in the federal Low Income Tax Credit program.
