Boston MedFlight, a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport for patients in need, has been in existence for over 40 years and provides over $7 million in free and unreimbursed care each year. The organization is guided by the principle that every patient deserves access to lifesaving care regardless of their circumstances. It is supported by a fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles.
