Cyclist, 53, fatally struck by Mack cement truck in Brooklyn

A cyclist, Edwin Delgado, was fatally struck by a Mack cement truck driver in Brooklyn. The driver remained at the scene and has not been charged with vehicular homicide.
. The incident occurred near 49th St. in the city's East End.
