The plans for a memorial to Queen Elizabeth II have been revealed on what would have been her 100th birthday. The statue will depict a young Queen dressed in the robes of the Order of the Garter and a smaller statue of Prince Philip, the late Duke of Edinburgh, will be placed 20 meters behind the statue. A more mature version of the Queen will also be created by artist Karen Newman.
